On my website www.holisticwellness.nu, you can book, buy a number of services and treatments.

Bookings of services are binding purchases both for you as a customer and for us as a supplier. The purchase date is always the same as the booking date regardless of the chosen payment method. When booking via the website, you as a customer are responsible for the purchase and your contact information. You must be of legal age to make a purchase.  

Payment

I would like you to pay directly when booking if it is a remote service, via Swish or via bank transfer. If it is a treatment that is performed on site, you pay after the treatment with Swish or via Klarna or invoice (Invoice fee of SEK 50 will be added)

Feel free to contact me if you cancel a prepaid service.

For your customers and my health, I ask you to rebook your visit if you:

Has cold or flu symptoms.

Has come in contact with someone with a suspected, or established Covid-19

Please contact me and I will help you rebook your time.

My facility is cashless, you are welcome to pay with Swish.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation / Rebooking of treatment must be made no later than 24 hours before the agreed time. Late cancellations or missed visits will be charged at 100% of the treatment cost. This also applies to illness on the same day.  

Due to the current situation regarding the coronavirus, we do not accept you who are ill.

NOTE! No cancellation via voicemail.  

You can only cancel your time via bokadirekt.se.  

Missed visits are charged via invoice.

Holistic Wellness reserves the right to terminate promotions at any time.

Discount and promotion codes can only be used for the services.

Discount and promotional codes cannot be used to pay the fee for participating in events or purchasing gift cards.

Discount and promotional codes cannot be used in combination with other offer codes.

Discount and promotional codes only apply to one purchase per customer.

Discount and promotional codes cannot be used on previous bookings.

Discount and promotional codes can only be used for online booking.

After completed purchase:

Check your information carefully and that the purchase complies with your wishes before you approve it. After your booking, we will send a booking confirmation / receipt by e-mail. It is therefore important that you enter the correct email address. We are not responsible for information incorrectly entered by the customer.

In the event of any errors, Holistic Wellness must be contacted as soon as possible.
