The structure of the course

 

The first week we meet online and introduce ourselves to each other, then I go through what we have to work on until next week. We meet once a week for a month. You will work on your own with the help of the compendium and the exercises, which we will then follow up at the next meeting. There we can discuss various questions and thoughts that have come up and I go through the next part of the course. The meetings take place via Zoom. I will record these, so you can go back and look at what we did in those weeks.

• Week 1: Online meeting, presentation, course review and the week's exercises. 1 week of own work with exercises.

• Week 2: Online meeting with follow-up, thoughts and questions. Review of the next part. 1 week of own work with exercises.

• Week 3: Online meeting with follow-up, thoughts and questions. Review of the next part. 1 week of own work with exercises.

• Week 4: Online meeting with follow-up, how did it go, how do you proceed?

 

Course content:

• What is healing?
• What energy is and how to learn to feel energy in the hands
• What is Reiki and how does it work?
• Reiki's history, philosophy and ethics
• Reikin's five living principles
• Meditations and exercises for relaxation, presence and increased energy flow
• The hand positions for a Reiki treatment – giving and receiving a treatment
• Intuitive treatment
• Self-treatment with Reiki
• The aura, chakras and chakra balancing
• Areas of use for Reiki
• The Health Care Act's regulations regarding Reiki and other complementary medicine.

The course includes:

​

• 2 initiations, one at the beginning of the course and a booster at the end

• 4 online meetings of 2 hours with supervision, a total of 8 hours.

• Access to materials with exercises for each part.

• Diploma after completing the course.

• Access to facebook group where you can ask and discuss with others.

• Regular online or on-site Reiki meetings with other participants who are taking or have taken Reiki in the past.

Investment: SEK 2,800/person. For companies, the prices are exclusive of VAT.
