Privacy policy
On 25 May, Sweden and the rest of the EU will receive a new joint data protection regulation (GDPR) which regulates, among other things, how companies may process personal data. The new legislation strengthens the protection of you as an individual through stricter requirements on how personal data is processed.
The purpose of this information is to briefly describe to you how Holistic Wellness handles your personal information. By personal information means the information that has to do with you and your person: it can be name, social security number, address, telephone number, email address and more.
When you have been a client with me at a treatment, workshop, course or an education, your name and email address can be in my system based on the fact that you want more information about my upcoming courses or as a documentation of what treatment you have had with me .
It is important to point out that according to the new data protection rules, personal data may not be stored longer than is necessary for the stated purpose. When the information is no longer relevant, it is deleted. Your personal information is not disclosed to anyone.
You have the right to know which of your personal information I have, at the same time as you may correct the information that you consider to be incorrect. In some cases, you also have the right to have your personal data deleted or request that our handling be restricted.
If you wish to exercise any right, you must submit a written request signed by yourself. This is so that I can protect your privacy and ensure that you and no one else exercise your rights.
