Reiki 1 - Shoden

Reiki 1 is a course aimed at you who are curious about energy medicine and healing and want to increase your ability and knowledge to develop holistically, i.e. mentally and physically and to be able to help others with the same thing. Reiki is easy to learn and use, it helps you fill up with loving energy in everyday life. You will first learn to give healing to yourself and then to give to others. Reiki helps you reprogram the negative thought patterns and attitudes into loving and positive thoughts and attitudes.

Research has shown that Reiki treatments provide positive results for well-being and health both on a physical, mental and spiritual level. Reiki helps with faster healing of injuries and wounds as well as faster recovery after surgery or illness.

The Reiki treatment form is very simple. You place your hands in different positions on the receiver to activate and to increase the body's energy flow. The body responds by secreting hormones that reduce stress, relieve pain while healing. The result is deep relaxation, emotions and tensions accumulated in the body are released in a nice, calm and safe way.

WHO has approved Reiki as health care, in Sweden it is approved as health care by the Swedish Tax Agency and both treatment and training are tax deductible. Reiki is used as a supplement in healthcare in e.g. Norway, England, USA, Australia, Spain and India and Uruguay.

Previous knowledge:None are needed. However, it is good to have a Reiki treatment before taking the course. This is to prepare for the Reiki energy and start healing where it is most needed. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions or concerns before you book.

Food:A packed lunch is recommended. Fridge and microwave are available.

No prior knowledge is needed to take Reiki 1. The most important thing is that you feel ready, because Reiki starts processes within us. Reiki is a system for spiritual, personal development and healing. All this energy work, together with initiation to higher energies, has a cleansing effect and initiates internal processes, both physical and psychological. You will probably feel this more or less for a few weeks after the course.

Remember that work must begin with ourselves in order for us to help others, if you are balanced and calm, your surroundings will be affected in a positive way. Reiki changes our lives, in a very good way. After the Reiki 1 course, you can also give Reiki to your loved ones.

Online course - you get the best of both worlds
This is a training that combines the best parts of taking a weekend course or an online course in a new way of learning:

Here, online meetings in a smaller group are interspersed with own work and exercises in the web course.

The structure of the course
The first week we meet online and introduce ourselves to each other, then I go through what we have to work on until next week. We meet once a week for a month. You will work on your own with the help of the compendium and the exercises, which we will then follow up at the next meeting. There we can discuss various questions and thoughts that have come up and I go through the next part of the course. The meetings take place via Zoom. I will record these, so you can go back and look at what we did in those weeks.

Week 2: Online meeting with follow-up, thoughts and questions. Review of the next part. 1 week of own work with exercises.

Web course

You work entirely at your own pace. You have access to the course for 12 months. The course includes 2 initiations and after completing the course you will receive a diploma sent home. You can ask questions and discuss with other participants in a closed group on Facebook and there is a live meeting on Zoom at regular intervals for all participants who want to join. You can also ask me if there is something you wonder about during the course.

Reiki 1 is the first, basic step in Reiki where you learn about what Reiki and healing is, its origins, how to treat yourself with Reiki and how to give a full body treatment and treat others with Reiki.

The course contains texts, images, exercises, instructional videos, meditations, audio files and documents for download.

To be able to take part in the course, you need to swipe the specified amount and write "web course". When the money is in, you get access to the course for a whole year.
